A few weeks ago at the Community 2.0 Conference, I had the pleasure of talking with social media measurement guru, Katie Paine. I first met Katie several months ago when I had the opportunity to sit on a Social Media Club panel with her. During the panel, I remember listening intently to everything she was saying (probably more than I should have as a fellow panelist). While I was at the C20 Conference, I decided I was going to capture some of Katie's great advice.
