Brad Bostic is the president and co-founder of ChaCha - a company that uses real people (guides) to answer your questions. ChaCha is one of the 50 plus companies featured in our We Are Smarter Than Me book but interestingly enough, I bumped into Brad on Twitter. The fact that he was there, asking me good questions about their service told me they cared about customer feedback.

Today (April 1 - no, it's not a joke) ChaCha announced that you can now call 800-2ChaCha to ask a question. The exciting part is that one of the 40,000 ChaCha guides will text you back an answer within two minutes (I've tried it several times and it is amazingly good.) Of course you can still text ChaCha at 242-242 or ask questions via Twitter (@chacha).  Blog
